Born and raised in the Finger Lakes region, she graduated from the University of Rochester with a degree in Business and a minor in Psychology. Her familiarity with both the Finger Lakes and Rochester areas gives her a unique perspective on the local market. With experience in both the transactional and marketing sides of real estate, Olivia understands the process from every angle, allowing her to guide clients seamlessly through every step. Drawn to Rochester’s vibrant community, variety of things to do, and overall high quality of life, she chose to plant her roots here and help others do the same.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Olivia enjoys playing tennis, exploring new places in the Rochester area, going on long walks, and playing the flute in her community band. She also loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends, and her cat, Levi.
